This Chablis from Domaine Alain Mathias is certified organic and comes from a plot of Kimmeridgian marl and Portlandian limestone, dating from the Upper Jurassic, characteristic of the Chablis terroir.

The grapes are harvested with exceptional ripeness. It is aged for 10 months on lees, revealing a complex aromatic palette of floral notes combined with aromas of white fruit. The palate is ample and balanced with a long finish. It is the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish or fish in sauce, poultry and white meats, or snails.
