Champagne Ayala Brut Majeur perfectly reflects the quality of Ayala wines and the passion that has driven this ancient and famous house for more than 150 years. An opulent style with notes of honey, apple and grapefruit and lighter notes of toasted nuts and coffee. Fresh and long on the palate with a lively, mineral finish.

Pinot Noir is the main grape and is very harmoniously balanced by Chardonnay. While Pinot Noir gives vinosity, fullness and power to this wine, Chardonnay gives it elegance, liveliness and finesse. Sourcing from the best grands and premiers crus also brings vinosity and finesse. The blend also reaches an average of more than 90% on the cru scale. Finally, Pinot Meunier brings a touch of charm and fruitiness to a lively and nervous whole.
