The Brut Rosé cuvée from the Henriot Brut Rosé Champagne House is a blend of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, 50% of which is vinified in red, Pinot Meunier (10%) and Chardonnay (40%), allowing the minerality and freshness to be preserved. Maison Henriot's reserve wines make up more than 1/3 of the blend and the wines are aged for 3 years. This cuvée is dosed at less than 9g/l.

This Champagne offers a pale pink colour with copper reflections and a fine and persistent bubble. It is very aromatic on the nose with aromas of red and black fruits (raspberry, strawberry, sour cherry) and fresh citrus fruits (pink grapefruit, mandarin) and vegetal notes (blackcurrant bud and wallflower) and candied fruit. It is perfectly balanced on the palate with balsamic, floral and spicy notes, with a long and fresh finish.

First settling followed by a second in the winery, cold (6°C), for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18°C) in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
Fermentation and ageing in the cellar at a depth of 33 metres. Riddling by hand. The wines then rest for a minimum of 3 months before being shipped.
