Amour de Deutz is the emblematic cuvée of the Deutz Champagne House and this rosé cuvée is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, 6% of which are old vines of the House.

In the beautiful 2013 vintage, this Amour de Deutz cuvée offers a superb expression of red fruits on the nose with subtle notes of kirsch and spices and on the palate, a full-bodied and generous substance perfectly balanced between power and elegance. It will go very well with red mullet fillets or beef tataki.
