The famous Dom Pérignon Champagne House offers us here a great Brut Champagne, in the 2013 vintage, made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

It offers a delicate nose with aromas of citrus and yellow fruits, mirabelle plum and apricot, with vegetal notes, eucalyptus, mint and vetiver and spicy notes, pepper, cardamom and liquorice. On the palate, it expresses itself with elegance and precision, a fine and silky structure, and a long finish with iodine touches.

It will be the perfect accompaniment to orange tart, citrus desserts such as orange pie, oysters, and ready meals mixing acid-rich vegetables such as sorrel or rhubarb.
