The famous Maison de Champagne Dom Pérignon offers us a great Champagne Brut, in the 2015 vintage, made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is presented here in a superb limited edition gift box, based on a work by Takashi Murakami.

It offers a delicate nose with aromas of citrus and yellow fruits, mirabelle plum and apricot, with vegetal notes, eucalyptus, mint and vetiver and spicy notes, pepper, cardamom and liquorice. On the palate, it expresses itself with elegance and precision, a fine and silky structure, and a long finish with iodine touches.

It will be the perfect accompaniment to orange tart, citrus desserts such as orange pie, oysters, and ready meals mixing acid-rich vegetables such as sorrel or rhubarb.
