This Cariño 2021 cuvée is a natural red wine from Mas des Agrunelles, made from 100% old Carignan vines over 60 years old, on the Marèle terroir in Argelliers, planted on clay-siliceous soils. It is produced organically and biodynamically.
It offers pure aromas of red and black fruits with spicy notes and floral notes and on the palate, the texture is silky and the substance perfectly balanced. A beautiful, pure and gourmet Carignan, a natural wine ideal to accompany tapas, grilled meats, charcuterie or a tian of vegetables.

This Cuvée Olivier 2024 from Thierry Navarre is a beautiful red wine from Languedoc in the Saint-Chinian appellation, made from very old vines of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan from the estate.
It offers a rich nose of red and black fruits with notes of liquorice, spices and dried fruit and in the mouth, brings an ample and fresh body with a persistent finish. It will perfectly accompany roasted red meats and can be kept in the cellar until 2032-2034.
Thierry Navarre is a passionate winemaker of Roquebrun and a strong advocate for the diversity and conservation of grape varieties. He advocates a vine cultivation with a deep respect for the land (compost, natural preparations, infusion of plants, nettle manure, ploughing and hoeing of the soil) and a natural vinification without chemicals. The grapes are harvested by hand.

The Cuvée Nuance 2023 is a beautiful white wine from Languedoc and a new cuvée made by the Domaine de La Cendrillon with an atypical grape variety: Petit Manseng (40%), Grenache Gris (18%), Grenache Blanc (12%), Albariño (7%), Marsanne (7%), Roussanne (7%), Verdejo (6%) and Maccabeu (3%).
The Nuance cuvée is certified organic, like all the wines of the Domaine de La Cendrillon.
On the nose, it offers pure fruit (fresh fruit, citrus, white peach) with floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is a lively and round wine with beautiful aromas of white peach, cardamom and exotic fruits, with a lot of harmony and delicacy.
