This Déesse Astrée 2015 cuvée from Château d'Esclans is a great white wine from Provence made from 100% of the Rolle grape variety in AOP Côtes-de-Provence.

With a pale yellow colour, it offers a beautiful nose of honey, flowers and white fruits with notes of mint and wild garrigue and a lot of freshness and aromatic complexity on the palate with a perfectly controlled acidity.
