This 2019 cuvée of Château Peyrassol is a rosé wine in Côtes-de-Provence AOP that comes from the oldest Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, Ugni blanc and Rolle vines of the Commanderie de Peyrassol estate, with low yields.

It offers a beautiful pale colour with pink reflections and a mixed aroma of citrus, vine peach, apricot and fine floral notes. On the palate, there is a great freshness balanced by an elegant fatness, and a long fruity finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to fish soup, carpaccio, grilled fish and desserts made with small red fruits.
