Château Gassier Le Pas du Moine 2021 is an exceptional rosé wine produced by Château Gassier in AOP Côtes-de-Provence Sainte-Victoire, certified in organic farming. Its name refers to the trail of the same name that criss-crosses the southern slope of Sainte-Victoire Mountain.

It is offered here in Jeroboam, a beautiful 3-liter bottle ideal for a gift or to enjoy around a festive table in the middle of summer.

The Le Pas du Moine cuvée offers a beautiful light rosé colour with lychee reflections, with an intense nose marked by floral (boxwood, blackcurrant bud) and exotic (lychee, passion fruit, fresh mango) aromas, with notes of pink grapefruit, red berries (redcurrant, wild strawberry) and spices. There is a lot of freshness on the palate with a nice balance on mineral and citrus notes (grapefruit).

It will be the perfect accompaniment to sea bream tartare, ceviche, grilled red mullet or razor clams à la plancha.

Château Gassier is an estate located at the foot of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire in Provence. Find all the wines of Château Gassier currently on sale at La Bouteille Dorée and our selection of rosé wines from Provence and elsewhere.
