This Rosé is a sparkling brut wine made using the traditional method by Nyetimber in West Sussex, in the south of England. It benefits from a cellar aging of more than 3 years, on the model of the best champagnes in France.
It offers a beautiful old rose colour and a very fine bubble. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, cherry and redcurrant, dominate with notes of honey and cardamom. Intense and round on the palate, it expresses itself with silky elegance and a lingering finish with subtle pastry touches.
