This Dafnios 2024 cuvée is a Greek white wine from Crete and made from 100% of the Vidiano grape variety, produced by Domaine Douloufakis in organic farming.

It offers a beautiful pale gold colour and on the nose, rich aromas of apricot and peach with touches of quince and floral notes of chamomile and jasmine. On the palate, the substance is ample and aromatic with a perfect acidity for a very well balanced whole and a very pleasant sapid finish. A beautiful Cretan white wine that goes well with fish dishes such as sole meunière, sea bream stuffed with aromatic herbs, grilled mackerel, and medium-spicy Asian cuisine.
