Château La Lagune is a great red wine from Bordeaux in the Haut-Médoc appellation and 3rd Grand Cru Classé. It is offered here in the beautiful 2015 vintage and in a 3-litre Double-Magnum , an ideal bottle size for a festive meal or to offer as a gift, in its original wooden case.

The 2015 vintage of Château La Lagune offers a beautiful purple colour and on the nose, very elegant aromas of fruit (cherry, blackcurrant) with discreet floral and vanilla notes. On the palate, it is a powerful andsuave wine with fine tannins and a persistent finish with truffle notes. A wine that you will preferably have to wait 2 or 3 years and that can be enjoyed with a lamb navarin.

Located on the land of Ludon, in the heart of the Haut-Médoc, Château La Lagune is classified as a third grand cru in the official classification of Bordeaux wines from 1855. Caroline Frey has been at the helm of the Château for about ten years and has worked tirelessly to set up organic and biodynamic viticulture and thus preserve the terroir. Organic certification is awarded for the 2016 harvest.
