Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage La Chapelle Rouge 2001

Paul Jaboulet Aine Hermitage La Chapelle Red 2001 Magnum

495.00 € Tax included

This Hermitage La Chapelle 2001 from Paul Jaboulet Aîné is offered here in a 150cl Magnum, a beautiful bottle to celebrate an event with friends or family.

After more than twenty years of storage, it offers a beautiful nose of ripe red and black fruits, with notes of leather, liquorice and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine remained ample with silky tannins, with a long fruity finish.

The name of the Hermitage La Chapelle is linked to the small chapel of Saint-Christophe overlooking the terraced vineyard overlooking the Rhône. It is produced on the best terroirs of the appellation: Le Meal, Les Bessards and Les Greffieux. Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné has been the sole owner of "La Chapelle" since 1919. The diversity of the terroirs and the places called "confié" gives the wine a special identity thanks to the blending of the different plots.
