Nicolas Gonin IGP Isere Balmes Dauphinoises Rosé 2018
15.70 €

This Isère rosé from Nicolas Gonin is an original rosé wine made from 85% Mondeuse grapes, 10% Pinot Noir and 5% Gamay. It is a press rosé because Mondeuse is a very colourful grape variety.
An atypical rosé wine, it has only 10 degrees of alcohol, the Mondeuse grape variety reaching its maturity at a low alcohol level on the Saint-Chef terroir. Pale pink in colour, it offers a rich aromatic palette dominated by lingonberry, melon, clementine and watermelon as well as a beautiful minerality and thirst-quenching acidity.
