164.00 € Tax included

Château Chasse-Spleen, this exceptional and famous cru bourgeois located in Moulis-en-Médoc, needs no introduction. It is offered here in a 1.5-litre magnum bottle.

Château Chasse-Spleen 2005 offers a dark, dense, brilliant and limpid ruby colour and the nose is carried by cherry and blackcurrant on a background of minty freshness. On the palate, the attack is frank and lively, with aromas of cherry and cocoa beans, a powerful and balanced substance and a beautiful persistence.

An exceptional wine that can compete in its best years with the best classified growths of the Médoc, it is hardly surprising to see that Charles Baudelaire and Lord Byron were prestigious ambassadors of Château Chasse-Spleen.

You will also find all the wines of the magnificent 2005 vintage and the selection of Médoc crus bourgeois .currently on sale at La Bouteille Dorée.
