Château de Fieuzal Red 2015 is a great red wine from Bordeaux in the Pessac-Léognan appellation and classified as a Grand Cru de Graves.

The very beautiful 2015 vintage benefited from a mild winter, a very pleasant spring with perfect flowering, and a hot and dry summer period, ideal conditions that allowed a slow ripening with small fruits and berries.

This Château de Fieuzal 2015 offers a nose of red and black berries, blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry and discreet notes of sweet spices and graphite characteristic of the Graves terroir. The attack on the palate is dense and rich, followed by a taut, fine and delicate structure, with very present tannins and a beautiful freshness. A wine that can be kept until around 2030-2032, to be enjoyed with pan-fried foie gras, roasted red meat or Rossini beef tournedos.
