Château Smith Haut Lafitte 2021 is a great red wine from Bordeaux in the Pessac-Léognan appellation and Grand Cru Classé de Graves.

It offers a ruby red colour and an open and fresh nose, rich with notes of crisp red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) and black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants), on notes of sweet spices, star anise, liquorice stick, tobacco leaf, and notes of smoke, signature of the great Graves soils. The attack on the palate is well balanced, fresh and dynamic, followed by good concentration, a nice texture, an expression of great harmony, energy and vivacity, with a great length in the mouth. A very beautiful red Smith Haut Lafitte.

This Château Smith Haut Lafitte 2021 will go perfectly with beef tenderloin in sauce, truffle risotto or cheeses such as a Saint-Nectaire. It can be kept in the cellar until about 2045-2050.

Château Latour-Martillac 2022 is a great Bordeaux wine in the Pessac-Léognan appellation and Grand Cru Classé de Graves. In this superb vintage, it offers a very fine and elegant texture and a long ageing potential.

It has an intense purple colour and the nose is complex, of great finesse, with aromas of ripe black fruits, blackcurrant and black cherry, and delicate spicy and floral notes. On the palate, the substance is ample and fleshy, with powerful and coated tannins, supported by sweet notes of cherry liqueur and liquorice, and a very fresh finish with a nice length. One can now start tasting it and it can be kept it in the cellar until about 2040-2045.

This great Graves wine 2019 is a red wine from Château Cazebonne, made 65% from Merlot planted on the plots of Darche and Cazebonne and for 35% from Cabernet Sauvignon planted on the plots of Peyron and Cazebonne, aged in oak barrels for 11 months. with no added sulphur, with only a very low dose of volcanic sulphur. It is made biodynamically and vinified with natural yeasts.

A beautiful Graves wine with a garnet colour and a nose marked by aromas of ripe red fruits with spicy touches. On the palate, the expression is juicy and greedy, with ample and aromatic substance supported by a fine and mineral tannic framework, and a fresh finish with notes of redcurrant and black pepper. It will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled red meat or vegetable tian.
