This cuvée "Jeu de Rolle" 2022 is a white wine from the Rhone Valley produced by Château Simian and made exclusively from Rolle (aka Vermentino) grape variety, in organic and biodynamic farming.

It offers a light yellow colour and an intense and rich nose with notes of pink pomelo, lime, honey, white flowers mixed with mineral notes, and gunflint. On the palate, the wine expresses itself with vivacity, freshness and fruity citrus aromas. It will ideally accompany tapas, aioli, anchoïade or a vegetable flan.

L'Homme de Coeur 2024 is a red wine in the Ventoux appellation from Château Saint Sauveur, made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan. The estate has been certified organic since the 2015 harvest.

This cuvée offers a frank red colour and a nose with aromas of red fruits with toasted notes. On the palate, it is a concentrated and balanced wine, expressing itself on red fruits and liquorice. It will be a perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
