Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Rosé 2015

Pascal Jolivet Sancerre White 2018

19.40 € Tax included

This 2018 Sancerre Blanc from Pascal Jolivet is made from a blend of grapes from 3 different terroirs of the estate: "Les Caillottes" on very calcareous soils for 50% of the blend, "Les Terres Blanches" on clay-limestone soils for 30% and "Silex" on stony soils rich in flint for the remaining 20%.

A powerful white Sancerre balanced between richness and finesse and whose fermentation is entirely natural, with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled vats, without the addition of yeasts.

In Sancerre, Domaine Pascal Jolivet covers 20 hectares spread over the communes of Bué, Verdigny and Sainte Gemme, of which 16.5 hectares are planted with Sauvignon grape varieties.

Maison Pascal Jolivet , founded in 1987, is one of the youngest and most dynamic houses in the Loire Valley and produces some of the best wines from the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé appellations.
