This 2019 Sancerre white Les Caillottes comes from a 3.5 ha plot of vines facing south, on one of the most beautiful terroirs of the appellation, in Bué-en-Sancerre, at a place called "La Plante des Prés".

It is a dry wine offering a lot of finesse and balance, very elegant aromas and a slow evolution, very typical Sancerre. The wines are very pure with notes of flowers, such as rose, yellow peaches and grapefruit, and a beautiful acidity perfectly integrated.
