Capitulo Flying Fish 2017 is a Chilean red wine from Domaine Odfjell made from a blend of 60-year-old Malbec vines from the Valle de Curicó (25%) and 100-year-old Carignan vines from the Valle del Maule (40%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), grown organically.
It is a wine that offers intense aromas of raspberries, prunes and figs, with spicy notes. On the palate it is juicy with supple tannins, on empyreumatic and toasted notes (coffee, cocoa), with a long finish.
