This 2021 Saint M cuvée from Château Saint-Maur is offered here in white, made from 97% of the Rolle (Vermentino) grape variety, complemented by the white Clairette.

It has abright pale gold colour and fresh aromas of citrus and exotic fruits on the nose. On the palate, the substance is refreshing and greedy with the same beautiful citrus aromas.

It will be the perfect accompaniment to a grilled vegetable tian, chicken skewers marinated in lemon and olive oil or grilled sea bass with fennel.

The Saint M 2019 cuvée is a red wine from Provence produced by Château Saint-Maur, Cru Classé in the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, made from 40% Syrah, 24% Cinsault, 23% Grenache, 12% Tibouren and 1% Cabernet-Sauvignon.

It offers a garnet colour with purple reflections and an expressive nose with notes of red and black fruits (cherry and blackcurrant) and peppery notes. On the palate, it expresses itself with a crisp substance with intense aromas of juicy red fruits, sweet spices and delicate touches of prune and mocha kernels.

It will go perfectly with roast chicken, grilled lamb chops with rosemary, calamari à l'Armoricaine, powerful cheeses (Saint-Marcellin, Saint Nectaire). It can be kept in the cellar until about 2028.

Château Saint-Maur is nestled at the foot of the Grimaud hill in the extension of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, protected by the Massif des Maures. The estate covers about 100 hectares, 60 of which are planted with noble grape varieties and old local plants: Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Tibouren, Carignan, Rolle, etc.
