This great Serbian red wine Prokupac 2020 from Domaine Doja is made from 100% of the autochthonous Serbian grape variety Prokupac. The existence of this emblematic grape variety of the great red wines of Serbia has been attested since the 14th century. It is the first wine from Serbia to win the BIWC trophy for the best red wine made from an autochthonous grape variety in the Balkans.

It is a beautiful red wine with a fresh and fruity nose with aromas of redcurrants, black cherries, blackberries enhanced by spicy and toasted notes. On the palate, it expresses itself with roundness and elegance, and supple tannins. It will pair perfectly with roast pork or veal, grilled vegetables and mild goat cheeses.

This Crni 2021 cuvée is a Croatian red wine from Stina Vino, made from a blend of the indigenous Croatian grape variety Plavac Mali, produced on the island of Brac in Dalmatia, with Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah for 10% each. It is aged in vats with a short period in oak barrels.

It is a beautiful Croatian wine with a dark ruby red colour and a rich nose with intense aromas of black and red fruits with spicy notes. On the palate, the complex character of this wine asserts itself on dried plum, blackberry, cherry and spices, with a fleshy substance and very fine tannins, characteristic of the Plavac Mali grape variety. It will be the perfect accompaniment to the famous Dalmatian lamb, homemade burgers or chicken curry with tomato sauce.
