This Shiraz 2021 is a beautiful Australian red wine produced by Tyrell's in the famous Hunter Valley, in the New South Wales region, from vines of 40 years old on average. The grapes are destemmed and the wine is then aged in old 2700 liter French oak barrels that highlight the purity of the fruit.

A modern, medium-bodied Australian Shiraz, with a nose of bright red fruits and sweet spices, supple tannins and crisp acidity on the palate, and a lingering fresh finish

This 2020 100% Syrah is a Kosher red wine from Yarden Golan Heights Winery that comes from vines planted in 1996 between 600 and 900 meters above sea level in the north and center of the Golan Heights, Israel's coolest region.

On the nose, it has rich fruit aromas (cherry, blackberry) with smoky and spicy notes and a long aromatic finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to braised red meat dishes.

This 2024 Saint-Joseph red wine from Domaine Pierre Gaillard comes from the north of the appellation, a blend of wines from vines on east- and south-east-facing hillsides, the majority of whose grapes come from the estate and the rest from other winegrowers, but harvested, vinified and aged on the estate.

It is a very elegant, fruity and fleshy red wine, with a fine tannic structure. It can be enjoyed now or kept in the cellar until 2034.
