This Chablis Réserve de Vaudon 2018 from Domaine Joseph Drouhin is a white wine from Burgundy made exclusively from vines of the Drouhin family located in the Vauvillian valley, between the Montée de Tonnerre and Mont de Milieu first growths, on very steep slopes covered with fossil pebbles.

The exceptional quality of the 2018 vintage offers here a very elegant Chablis, with a characteristic nose of lemony and vegetal notes with iodine nuances. On the palate, the expression is energetic and nervous, with great finesse, all in balance. It can be kept in the cellar until around 2028.
