Champagne Ruinart Dom Ruinart Blanc de blancs 2010
The Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 is a champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay, from the most prestigious terroirs, mainly classified as grand crus, in the Cote des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The 2010 vintage is an exceptional vintage in Champagne for the Chardonnay grape variety. It benefits from a cork draw and is aged in the cellar for almost 10 years.
It offers a pale gold colour and a very fine sparkling effervescence. On the nose, notes of dried fruit, almond and hazelnut, roasted coffee and ripe citrus fruits dominate, with buttery and pastry touches. On the palate, it expresses itself with power and creaminess, and the finish is particularly persistent.
