The Blanc des Millénaires cuvée from the Charles Heidsieck Champagne House was born in 1993, with its first and prestigious vintage 1983. It is a Blanc de blancs Champagne, made exclusively from exceptional Chardonnays, from 5 of the main Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Oger (creaminess and structure), Mesnil-sur-Oger (balance), Avize (minerality), Cramant (complexity) and Vertus (freshness, floral notes).

This Blanc des Millénaires 2007 offers a beautiful bright gold colour and on the nose, brioche and lemony aromas with saline and mineral notes. On the palate, the attack is ample and the pastry notes dominate, with a very nice elegance and a long saline finish.
