This Champagne 1er Cru Tradition from Maison Allouchery-Perseval is an Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs cuvée made only from the Pinot Noir grape variety, with wines of the year and reserve wines (30%). The dosage of this Extra-Brut cuvée is only 3g/L of sugar.

It has a beautiful pale yellow colour. On the nose, notes of liquorice, yellow fruits and citrus dominate and on the palate, fruit is also very present, with a complex palette of aromas of dried fruits, peach and brioche.

This Champagne Blanc de Noirs cuvée Eugène is a Champagne made from 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir. The Pinot Meunier grape variety is a speciality of the Famille Moussé Champagne House that most of the cuvées showcase, alone or in blends.

It is a Champagne with a fine and persistent bubble and aromas of fruit (plum and cooked mirabelle plum) associated with a touch of brioche and pastries and notes of orange peel and roasting. This Champagne is very round on the palate and has a good length.
