This Le Plateau 2020 cuvée is a great white wine from Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Château Mont-Redon, a very confidential cuvée of a few hundred bottles predominantly of white Clairette and grey Clairette.

It offers a beautiful straw yellow colour and a superb nose with notes of candied exotic fruits, mango and pineapple. On the palate, the freshness is remarkable, with a lot of strength and elegance, and the finish persistent and refined.

It is the perfect accompaniment to poultry with cream or lobster thermidor. It offers very good ageing potential, until around 2035.
