This Côte-Rôtie La Sarrasine 2006 is the emblematic cuvée of the Domaine de Bonserine coming from plots on soils of micachistes and gneiss and made from 97% Syrah and 3% Viognier. With a bright garnet colour, a beautiful nose of red and black fruits and violets and some floral notes, with a Aged for 24 months in small tuns (demi-muids).

It is an elegant wine with silky tannins, to be enjoyed now with a piece of beef or game birds.
