This Côte-Rôtie Harmony 2019 is produced by Christophe Semaska on a magnificent terroir, four hectares100% Syrah vines on the hillside, planted on terraces and facing south-south-east, on clay-limestone soils, mica schists typical of the Côte Brune. This cuvée comes from various plots of the estate located in the localities of Les Lézardes, Cumelle and Cognet.

This beautiful wine from the northern Rhône Valley offers a fruity nose, with aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, with light spicy notes, and on the palate, the substance is elegant and fine, supple, with a beautiful freshness. It can be enjoyed young, as of today, to accompany a coq au vin, a lamb shank, a grilled beef fillet and truffles, morels, chanterelles and porcini mushrooms.

We can start tasting this 2019 vintage but it is better to wait another year or two to appreciate its full character. It can be kept in the cellar until about 2033-2035.
