This cuvee Aux Montagnes from Domaine Roux Père et fils is a red wine in the Burgundy Cote-de-Nuits-Villages appellation, made exclusively from the great and emblematic Burgundy grape variety, Pinot Noir.

A wine with a bright ruby colour and a nose of red fruits, cherry, redcurrant and blackcurrant, with notes of undergrowth, mushroom and cinnamon. On the palate, it offers a beautiful volume, ample and generous substance, with well-integrated tannins. In this 2018 vintage, it is perfectly ripe or can be kept in the cellar for a few more years, until about 2028.

Mt. Jefferson 2021 is a red wine from the Willamette Valley in Oregon in the USA, produced by Cristom Vineyards. The Mt. Jefferson cuvee is made from100% Pinot Noir exclusively grown in the Eola-Amity Hills, marrying whole-cluster and native yeast fermentations, and is unfined and unfiltered.

The nose offers vibrant fresh red and dark fruit and spicy notes. Precise and elegant on the palate, it is a mouth-filling wine with vibrant acidity, a rich texture, ripe and fine tannins, and a long, spicy finish.

This great Willamette Valley Pinot Noir will go perfectly with roast chicken or any dark-meat dish. It drinks well now and can age until at least 2032.

This Pinot Noir Reserva Especial 2020 from the Tabali estate is a beautiful red wine from Chile from a vineyard located 30 km from the Pacific Ocean, on a unique terroir formed by the Limari River in the valley of the same name.

The colour is brilliant and the nose intense with fresh and complex aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawberry) and notes of spices. The 12-month ageing in French oak barrels allows for silky tannins on the palate with good acidity and freshness, on a finish full of finesse.
