Le Moulin de la Lagune is the second wine of Château La Lagune, classified as a third grand cru in the official classification of Bordeaux wines of 1855 and is in the process of converting to Organic Farming. A beautiful Haut-Médoc with an intense nose of black fruit and liquorice and silky tannins for a well-balanced wine.

The terroir of La Lagune is considered by the famous geologist René Pijassou as the model of the Médoc islands. Made up of light gravel and silica, it helps to give the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot the grace, balance and finesse that characterize the wines of La Lagune. CaroLine Frey has been at the helm of Château La Lagune since 2004.
