La Mémoire Neuve 2021 is a red wine in IGP Hautes-Alpes from the Domaine du Petit Août, made from 100% old vines of the Mollard grape variety and produced in certified organic farming. Since 2009, when he set up shop, Yann Agostini has been reviving Mollard, an autochthonous black grape variety that had almost disappeared.
Offered here in Magnum, this cuvée offers a beautiful garnet red colour and on the nose, marked aromas of red fruits, sour cherry and pepper, typical of the Mollard grape variety: a crisp, delicate and silky wine on the palate, very pleasant.
