This Nielluccio 2024 cuvée, the Corsican name for the Italian grape variety Sangiovese, from the Domaine de La Cendrillon is a tribute to Robert Joyeux, at the origin of the renewal of the estate in the early 2000s, and who had planted a small plot of it on his return from a trip to Italy.

It is a wine with a brilliant ruby colour and an aromatic nose with notes of red berries. On the palate, the expression is ample and round, with a beautiful balance and discreet and silky tannins: a greedy and energetic wine, ideal to accompany a board of cold meats and cheeses.

In 2012, Domaine de La Cendrillon obtained organic certification (ECOCERT) for its entire vineyard. Today, the estate works with ten grape varieties: Carignan, Syrah, Grenache Noir and Grenache Blanc, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Macabeu, Merlot, Marselan and Petit Verdot, to which is added a confidential production of this Niellucio. New grape varieties have recently been planted such as Petit Manseng, Alvarinho and Verdejo in order to make blends of particularly fine and elegant white wines.
