Côme Autrefois 2023 is a red wine from the Languedoc in IGP Pays-du-Gard, made by Domaine Scamandre in organic farming from the single Mourvèdre grape variety.

On the nose, it offers beautiful aromas of jammy black fruits (blackberries, blueberries) with subtle floral and spicy notes (pepper, cloves). It will be the perfect accompaniment to shaved pata negra ham, a beef skewer with pepper or a duck breast with spices. It can be enjoyed today or kept in the cellar for about 3 to 4 years.

The grapes are harvested by hand and vinification is carried out in vats without the addition of sulphur, only with indigenous yeasts. There is also no sulphur added to the bottling.
