The Cuvée Nuance is a beautiful white wine from Languedoc and a new cuvée made by the Domaine de La Cendrillon with an atypical grape variety: Petit Manseng (40%), Grenache Gris (18%), Grenache Blanc (12%), Albariño (7%), Marsanne (7%), Roussanne (7%), Verdejo (6%) and Maccabeu (3%).

The Nuance cuvée is certified organic, like all the wines of the Domaine de La Cendrillon.

On the nose, it offers pure fruit (fresh fruit, citrus, white peach) with floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is a lively and round wine with beautiful aromas of white peach, cardamom and exotic fruits, with a lot of harmony and delicacy.
