Very beautiful pale yellow colour with green reflections for this Meursault Blagny 1er cru from Vallet Frères, with a floral nose enhanced by notes of white peach, lemon zest and acacias. A balanced, frank, tangy and full-bodied wine on the palate with a dense and concentrated finish.
A wine that will be the ideal accompaniment to oily fish, chicken with cream or lobster thermidor and that can be kept in the cellar until about 2032-2035.
