This Meursault 1er Cru 2016 from Domaine Vincent Girardin comes from the "Les Charmes-Dessus" plot which borders the village of Puligny-Montrachet and which is located just below the "Genevrières" and "Perrières" plots.
This great white wine from Burgundy offers a beautiful pale yellow colour with green reflections, a floral nose enhanced by notes of white peach, lemon zest and acacias, and on the palate, a beautiful balance, an opulent character between tension and finesse, with a long, fresh and mineral finish.
This Meursault Les Charmes-Dessus will be an ideal accompaniment to oily fish, a chicken with cream or a lobster thermidor and can be kept in the cellar until about 2035.
