This 2015 Meursault 1er Cru "La Pièce sous le Bois" is a great white wine from the Côte de Beaune from Domaine Vallet Frères, from a south-east facing plot that owes its name to its location, just below the Bois de Blagny.
It offers a beautiful pale yellow colour with green reflections, with a mineral nose enhanced by spicy and toasted touches, very well balanced on the palate, frank, tangy and fat, with a floral and saline finish.
A wine that will be the ideal accompaniment to oily fish, chicken with cream or lobster thermidor and that can be kept in the cellar until about 2032-2035.
