This 2019 Meursault Les Tillets from Domaine Vincent Girardin comes from 50-year-old Chardonnay vines planted in the commune of Meursault, west of the village, next to the "Les Clous" climate.

It offers a clear and shiny colour, with a lot of brilliance. The nose is deep and mineral with notes of fresh butter and citrus zest and the palate is full-bodied, fat and concentrated with a beautiful mineral finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled, poached or meunière fish, fish in sauce such as pike with beurre blanc or salmon with sorrel. It can be kept in the cellar until about 2033-2035.
