Château La Louvière red 2011 is a great wine from Pessac-Léognan, ample and complex in this vintage.

It offers a beautiful and dense garnet colour. The nose is still surprisingly young, marked by aromas of very pure red fruits (strawberry, raspberry). and supported by fine notes of blond tobacco and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is very balanced and elegant, with velvety tannins and well-integrated woodiness, and a long finish with smoky and toasted notes.

It will go perfectly with stews, confits, pieces of red meat, game or poultry in sauce.
