Château Les Ormes de Pez Saint-Estèphe Cru Bourgeois

Chateau Les Ormes de Pez Saint-Estephe Cru Bourgeois Red 2012

35.00 € Tax included

The 2012 Château Les Ormes de Pez offers a dark colour and a powerful nose with marked notes of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is a concentrated wine, with the classic tannic structure of the Saint-Estèphe appellation, with a beautiful finish.

The chateau and vineyard, the latter divided into two parts, are located in the hamlet of Pez to the north of Saint-Estèphe. It is owned by Jean-Michel Cazes, who also owns the Grand Cru Classé Château Lynch-Bages. It is classified as an Exceptional Cru Bourgeois. In the vineyard as well as in the winery, the same philosophy as in Lynch-Bages prevails.
