The Valpolicella Classico 2017 from the Fidora estate is an Italian red wine from Veneto in organic farming, made from local grape varieties: Corvina for 60% and Corvinone for 25%, both rich in polyphenols and tannins, and Rondinella for 15%.
This Valpolicella Classico offers a beautiful ruby colour and a nose marked by red fruits (cherry) with notes of rose and pepper. On the palate, freshness and fruit dominate with beautiful coated tannins. It is the perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine, pasta dishes and grilled meats.
