This 2021 Old Vine from Seghesio Family Vineyards is made from old Zinfandel vines that are about 70 years old, planted on the Dry Creek bench terroir in the southwestern part of the Alexander Valley.

A very beautiful Californian Zinfandel with powerful aromas of black fruits with characteristic notes of spices and heather, to be enjoyed today but which can also wait many years, until about 2032-2035.

Here is a great California Cabernet from Joseph Phelps' Napa Valley, made from a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon complemented by Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc.

This 2022 vintage offers a highly concentrated substance with dense aromas of black fruits and notes of anise, roasted coffee, blueberry, cedar and pencil. The palate is fresh with a creamy structure and a long finish, with notes of sweet spices, vanilla and fresh figs.

This 2023 Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara is a real discovery from Au Bon Climat winery estate, made from vines planted in 1982.

It offers beautiful aromas of red and black fruits (strawberry, blackberry) with subtle notes of spice, anise and cloves. It is still a young and intense wine that can be tasted today or wait until around 2032 to appreciate more complexity. It is an ideal accompaniment to cold cuts, dried meats and then, with a little age, salmon or slightly spicy dishes.
