- A red wine from Spain, the AN/2 cuvée in the VT Mallorca appellation, made from the autochthonous grape varieties of the island of Mallorca, in a blend (Callet, Mantonegre, Fogoneu), from the Ànima Negra estate: a wine that offers aromas of ripe fruit on the nose with spicy notes, leather and cocoa, and a beautiful vegetal freshness, and on the palate, A well-balanced mineral background and a fresh, vegetal finish.
- A red wine from Italy, Valpolicella Classico made from local grape varieties (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella) from Veneto, in organic farming, from the Novaia estate: a wine that offers A nose marked by red fruits with notes of rose and pepper, and on the palate, a lot of freshness and fruit dominate with beautiful coated tannins.

This Valpolicella Ripasso 2018 is an Italian red wine from Veneto produced by the Novaia estate in organic farming, made from the local grape varieties of the appellation: Corvina and Corvinone, both rich in polyphenols and tannins, and Rondinella.

Ripasso, which means "ironed" in Italian, is a traditional ancestral method that consists of making the wine undergo a second fermentation on the marc of the grapes used to produce Recioto and Amarone della Valpolicella, the most prestigious appellation of Veneto wines. This allows the richness and aromatic complexity and tannic structure of the wines to be developed while maintaining the alcohol content at around 14%.

It offers an intense ruby colour and on the nose, marked aromas of red and black fruits with spicy notes. On the palate, the substance is ample and sapid, with a well-balanced structure and controlled acidity. It can be kept until about 2028. It will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled or braised red meats and cheeses.

Fabula 2022 is an Austrian white wine produced in Weinviertel DAC and made from 60-year-old vines of the Grüner Veltliner grape.

It offers a beautiful aromatic depth on the nose of yellow fruits, with delicate notes of spices and tobacco. On the palate, we find the same palette of aromas with a pure and elegant substance, and a subtly spicy finish. It can be enjoyed today but also offers a good ageing potential of about 7 to 10 years.

AN/2 is a red wine from Spain, from the Balearic Islands, made by Ànima Negra in the VT Mallorca appellation, offered here in the 2021 vintage.

The Domaine was created in 1994 to offer wines made from the autochthonous grape varieties of the island of Mallorca, from a blend of Callet, Mantonegre, Fogoneu and a complement of Syrah.

This wine offers a beautiful ruby garnet colour and complex aromas on the nose, mixing vegetal (eucalyptus), spices (chili), ripe fruit, leather and cocoa. On the palate, it is a well-balanced wine with a mineral background and a fresh, vegetal finish.
