This Maranges 1er Cru Les Clos Roussots 2023 from Domaine Aurore Bachelet is a red wine from the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, made from plots of young Pinot Noir vines located in the heart of the village of Maranges.

It offers a beautiful deep ruby colour and a nose marked by aromas of sour cherries and red berries and fine floral and spicy notes (cinnamon). On the palate, the wine is ample and round with supple, coated tannins and a fresh and greedy finish.

It can be enjoyed now, or kept in the cellar until around 2035, to accompany red meats, white meats in spicy sauce and mature cheeses.

It offers a deep garnet red colour and a complex nose of aromas of chocolate, blackcurrant and liquorice. On the palate, the balance is perfect with roundness and structure and a beautiful finish. A wine that can be tasted for ages until after 15 to 20 years of cellaring.
