This 2022 La Source cuvée from Château Vignelaure is a rosé wine from Provence in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, in organic farming. It is made from a blend of Grenache noir for 40%, Cinsault for 30%, Syrah for 20% and Cabernet Sauvignon for 10%.

It is a gourmet rosé wine that offers a beautiful pale salmon colour and a nose with intense fruity aromas of redcurrant, raspberry and grapefruit. The palate is balanced between fat and freshness, with a lingering finish on yellow peach.

The Léon 2022 cuvée is a rosé wine from Provence from Domaine Fontchêne produced biodynamically by René Milan in the IGP Alpilles appellation.

Made exclusively from the Grenache grape variety, this fine rosé wine offers a salmon-pink colour, a discreet nose with floral notes of white flowers, fresh liquorice, and rosemary. On the palate, the attack is frank, the substance round and balanced, all with notes of raspberries and spices, with a tangy finish. It will go perfectly with Asian cuisine such as shrimp tempura, or spaghetti with bottarga.

Whispering Angel is a rosé wine in Côtes-de-Provence AOP, from Château d'Esclans located in the Var, in La Motte en Provence not far from Saint-Tropez.

Airy, this Château d'Esclans Whispering Angel 2025 plays on finesse, freshness and fruit. On the palate, subtle and greedy notes of red berries mingle with white flowers with a hint of spices supported by a beautiful minerality. A fresh and fruity rosé, airy and powerful at the same time, acclaimed by wine lovers all over the world.

The cellars of Esclans and the Château d'Esclans were taken over in 2006 by Sacha Lichine, son of Alexis Lichine, author of a famous Encyclopaedia of Wines and Spirits and former owner of Château Prieuré-Lichine in Margaux. He sold Château d'Esclans to the LVMH group in 2020.
