- A wine with a few years of evolution, the "Filles d'Arbin" 2017 cuvée from Domaine Louis Magnin, certified in organic and biodynamic farming: a red wine from the Arbin Mondeuse cru made 100% in whole harvest, a very fine Mondeuse, with aromas of violets and wild sloes and spicy notes, very greedy on the palate, with a persistent finish. It can be enjoyed now, but it also offers a very long ageing potential, at least 20 years.
- A wine with almost ten years of evolution, the 2014 "La Rouge" cuvée from Domaine Louis Magnin, certified in organic and biodynamic agriculture: a red wine from the Arbin Mondeuse cru, made from 70-year-old vines, planted on red clays, which offers characteristic aromas of violets, rosemary and raspberries, and a seductive finish with notes of truffles.

This Mondeuse 2019 from Nicolas Gonin is a red wine in IGP Isère Balmes Dauphinoises, made from the emblematic red grape variety of the region, in organic farming with ageing in vats on very fine lees and bottling without fining or filtration. SO2 doses remain very low (35 mg/l total SO2).

On the nose, it offers very beautiful aromas mixed with cherry, violet, cocoa with subtly spicy notes of pepper and liquorice. On the palate, it is a well-structured wine with very fine tannins. It will be the perfect accompaniment to a beef steak, a duck breast, or a pork chop and after a few years, small game birds. It can be enjoyed today or stored in the cellar until around 2030.

This 2017 "Fille d'Arbin" cuvée is a red wine from Savoie in AOP Arbin Mondeuse from Domaine Louis Magnin and the latest one offered by the estate.

Made 100% in whole harvest, Fille d'Arbin is a very fine Mondeuse, with aromas of violets and wild sloes and spicy notes, very greedy on the palate, with a persistent finish. Here is a wine that will ideally be accompanied by a rack of lamb in a salt crust, a minced beef with mushrooms or a piece of game.

It can be enjoyed now, but it will be better to open it in a few years. It offers a very long ageing potential, at least 20 years.

The Mondeuse grape variety produces a generous, tannic red wine on beautiful terroirs. It is the most specific of the red grape varieties of Savoie, and probably the oldest.
